Deborah Whiteside joined ABA Business Solutions, Inc. in September 2003 as Senior Vice President of Mortgage Solutions. In that position, Ms. Whiteside establishes and oversees all mortgage-related partnerships for ABA members. Prior to joining ABA, Whiteside was Managing Director at Pedestal Inc. and worked for 14 years at Fannie Mae in various management positions including, Director of Product Development and Director of Technology Marketing. Whiteside holds a BA in Economics and English from Georgetown University and an MBA in Finance from George Washington University.

Jerry Sebold joined ABA Business Solutions, Inc. in May 2005 after spending 25 years in the financial industry. 16 of those years were spent in various management positions with credit unions in the Maryland area. These positions included Director of Mortgage Lending, Vice President of Lending, and Senior Vice President. Prior to this, Jerry worked in the mortgage banking industry as a Vice President of Production at Westmark Mortgage, Assistant Vice President at RFC Mortgage, and as a Loan Officer at 1st Washington Mortgage. Jerry holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Maryland, College Park

Landon Banfield has twenty years of mortgage banking experience and had previously served as manager of mortgage solutions for ABA before leaving to establish a wholesale mortgage operation for American Partners Bank. Prior to his ABA service, Landon worked in various sales and management roles in wholesale lending with Chevy Chase Bank, Bank United, Aegis, and Ampro Mortgage. Landon also worked as a trading manager with Pedestal, Inc., which provided secondary mortgage market technology. Landon holds a B.A. degree from Washington & Lee University and an M.B.A. from the University of Baltimore.
